Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using the Realbotix dashboard and related services (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you don’t agree to these terms, please don’t use the Service.
2. Description of service
Realbotix provides tools for configuring language models, managing retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) sources, creating and customizing AI characters, and generating scripts. Features and functionality may change as the Service evolves.
3. Accounts and registration
You need an account to use most of the Service. You’re responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Let us know right away if you suspect any unauthorized use.
4. Subscriptions and payment
Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the payment method on file on a recurring basis until you cancel. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service — including attempting to interfere with its normal operation, reverse-engineering any part of it, or using it to generate content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringes on someone else’s rights.
6. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Realbotix and protected by intellectual property laws. These terms don’t grant you any ownership rights in the Service itself.
7. Content you provide
You retain ownership of the configurations, characters, scripts, and other content you create using the Service. You give us a limited license to store and process that content solely to provide the Service to you.
8. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if these terms are violated, or if we discontinue the Service, with notice where reasonably possible.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don’t guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated output will always be accurate or appropriate for every use case.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Realbotix won’t be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we’ll take reasonable steps to let you know before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
